Code Alpha needs the Brodine ranch in Texas to save his secret network - and is willing to kill to get it. He sets in motion a chain of events leading to a string of deaths in Washington D.C., to southwest Texas after he unleashes Wolf Howson, a man renown for leaving behind a trail of blood. Only the elderly Brodines were supposed to die, and everyone is asking who would try to harm them. Many say it was the couples' granddaughter and their young ranch manager, now on the run in the Big Bend National Park.
